Seamless Designs
When you purchase a seamless design you have the rights to print said design on clothing, materials etc.
you do not however have the right to the artwork, or to sell the file in its digital format.
The licence to the design is forever.
Do not upload any of my designs on to ANY
Print on demand sites.
You can not edit or alter the design or colours in any way without reaching out to me first.
The reasons are :
Most of my designs are exclusive colourways and only a had full of them available in the world- If you start to edit them, colourways may become too similar and the exclusivity will be compromised.
I hold the right as the artist to reuse any elements on a design, but I will never resell the same exact design at a later period.
I still hold the rights to all art work as the artist.
This means you can’t commission another artist to copy my work for extra colourway etc.
Background changes are available on most designs.
Simply claim a design and let me know what you’re after. Simple changes are free, but any added elements or big background changes or layout changes will have a fee.

T&Cs on Panels/ PNGS.
Most panels are semi exclusive or non exclusive.
Semi exclusive- only a hand full of people will claim panel in accordance to a seamless pattern.
Non exclusive- anyone can claim the panel.
You have the rights to use the Panel/PNG to print on mugs, T-shirts, merchandise , make stickers etc.
you no NOT however have the rights to create new patterns, seamless designs or similar using the png art work.
